It is applied in fields such as new energy vehicles and medical equipment. The system adopts a '1+2+3' model (1 intelligent base + 2 digital threads + 3 subsystems), supporting dual-code control of virtual simulation and real-measurement data, reducing programming time to 3 minutes. It has already collaborated with Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool, QCMT&T, and others to launch 20 intelligent machine tools, opening hardware and data interfaces to build an open and innovative ecosystem.

April 21, CHOTEST made a major announcement at CIMT2025, unveiling a three-coordinate measuring machine. The Alpha series controller, developed independently by CHOTEST over six years, supports trigger and scanning modes and employs full-closed-loop DC servo control technology, offering excellent servo following control capabilities that match international standards. In terms of probe technology, the CP500S scanning probe is a domestically first-of-its-kind practical, stable, and reliable CMM scanning probe that integrates scanning and trigger functions. It can collect up to 1,000 points per second, meeting the needs of high-precision, high-speed spatial scanning measurements. April 22, HGTECH announced the establishment of a joint venture with Swiss Synova in Beijing. Since introducing Synova's water-guided laser LMJ technology in 1997, Synova has long dominated this niche market, being irreplaceable in fields with high-precision, low-damage processing requirements such as semiconductors, medical equipment, and consumer electronics. April 25, Israeli 3D printing giant Nano Dimension announced the formal acquisition of American 3D printer manufacturer Markforged for $116 million. Earlier this month, the company had acquired Desktop Metal, a desktop metal AM company, for $179 million. This strategic move combines Markforged's expertise in AM with Nano Dimension's advanced technology in electronic 3D printing, solidifying its position in the field of metal and composite material manufacturing.

April 27, China General Technology Group unveiled an international trade company in Dalian, Liaoning, to promote the export of high-end metal cutting machine tools and international cooperation. As the only state-owned enterprise in the machine tool industry, the group has, through mergers and acquisitions, incorporated seven of the 'Eighteen Luohan' in the machine tool sector under its umbrella in recent years. These enterprises have a history of about 70 years and bear the responsibility of driving the development and strengthening of China's machine tool industry, including well-known companies such as SMTCL, DMTG, Qier Machine Tool, LINKS, Kunming Machine Tool, Tianjin Forging, and Tianjin No. 1 Machine Tool.

The 2025 Russia Machine Tool and Metalworking Exhibition (METALLOOBRABOTKA) will be held in Moscow from May 26 to 29. METALLOOBRABOTKA is the largest and most professional metalworking and machine tool manufacturing exhibition in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, organized by  STANKOINSTRUMENT and held every two years.
