April 3rd, Ningbo Jingda Forming Machine Tools(JMD) completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Wuxi Weiyuan for 360 million yuan. The latter specializes in precision molds, micro-hole EDM machines, and new energy vehicle parts manufacturing.
