INOVANCE recently announced that its high-end equipment R&D and production base in Nanjing has officially started operations. The project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, will produce 400,000 sets of robots and supporting products annually, integrating industrial software and digital R&D.
April 10-11, EFORT and Huawei Cloud signed a memorandum of cooperation. The two parties will collaborate deeply in the field of 'embodied intelligence', jointly developing underlying technologies for intelligent robots and promoting product upgrades and industrial ecosystem cooperation.
Recently,
Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (NGC) successfully rolled out its first set of main gearboxes for a 22-meter ultra-large specification ring rolling machine. The gearbox adopts composite shaping technology to enhance load-bearing capacity, supporting the domestic replacement of ring forgings.
April 18, it was learned from Harbin Institute of Technology that the university has successfully developed China's first set of dual transducer ultrasonic solid-state additive manufacturing equipment. It can achieve dual-head output power of 6,000 watts to 9,000 watts, and in the future, it can provide a new process for rapid preparation of green special functional materials for fields such as China's aerospace, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic industry, and drone technology. (Ultrasonic AM is an advanced manufacturing technology based on solid-phase connection, which achieves layer-by-layer consolidation of metal foils through mechanical energy and thermal energy generated by high-frequency ultrasonic vibration. The equipment has complete independent intellectual property rights, and the prototype is currently in the testing phase.)
