Recently, Hefei Heduan Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (HFM)  has partnered with MAGNA, the world's largest automotive parts supplier, to provide a 1200-ton hot forming fully automated production line for its European factories. Equipped with servo control technology and compliant with EU safety standards, this marks the first time that China's high-end hot forming equipment has entered the supply chain of mainstream European automakers.

Recently, Siemens launched the world's first industrial controller integrated with GPT-4, Xcelerator AI. It supports directly generating control code from natural language instructions, reducing debugging time by 70%. This product redefines human-machine interaction methods, lowers the operational threshold for automated systems, and has been piloted in the automotive and electronics manufacturing fields.

July 28th, at the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), TOPNC introduced the 'Smart Manufacturing Everything' AI Five-Axis Machine Tool System. For the first time, it deeply integrates an industrial large model into the bottom architecture of the numerical control system, achieving end-to-end intelligent machining from part models to control instructions. This technology revolutionizes traditional machining processes (such as process planning, CAM, post-processing, etc.), addressing issues like high reliance on expert experience and low programming efficiency. It is hailed as the beginning of the 'Precision Machining Democratization Era'.

July 30th, China's largest 16800-ton automatic forging line, developed by China Second Heavy Industries(EHEC), was put into operation at FAW Forging (Qingdao). Featuring a fully automated machining line, the production cycle is shortened to 40 seconds per piece, with product consistency reaching internationally leading levels. The project can produce high-end products such as heavy truck crankshafts, ship propellers, and aviation forgings. Before the official start of operations, German industrial giant Thyssenkrupp came seeking cooperation. Upon full completion, this 'Smart Manufacturing Backbone' will provide 400,000 high-end forgings to global customers annually.

Recently, WORLDIA and HIMILE signed an agreement to establish a strategic partnership, jointly developing specialized CNC cutting tools and machining systems for fields such as humanoid robots and low-altitude economy. By integrating WORLDIA's superhard tool technology with HIMILE' five-axis technology.

Recently, Seco Tools signed contracts to formally acquire two U.S. companies: NC Industries (NCI) and Diamond Tool Coating (DTC). (NCI is a producer of solid carbide end mills under the Niagara Tools and Arch Micro Tools brands, one of the largest local producers in the United States. DTC is a producer of wear-resistant diamond coatings, with most of its customers coming from the aerospace, power generation, and general machinery industries.)
