CKN1112V Swiss-type CNC lathe adopt FANUC 0i-TD Dual port Control system. It is designed for machining of shaft type work-piece widely used in various industries
On the main spindle, O.D turning, end-face drilling, tapping, boring, threading, slotting, cross drilling, milling, radial tapping, parting off and etc could be performed.
On the sub-spindle, turning, drilling, boring, tapping could be performed.
Main spindle and sub-spindle could work simultaneously to short the cycle time.
The machine could be used together with automatic bar-feeder to realize automatic machining.
Bar-stock requirement:Diameter consistency: within0.03mm,
Linearity: Within 0.3mm/1000mm).

Emergency stop button to stop the machine whenever necessary
Inter-lock device for spindle and spindle collet.
Override protection for X1、Y1、Z1、X2、Z2 slide and overload protection for X1、Y1、Z1、X2、Z2 servo motor and cooling motor.
