August 25th news: BLT has achieved a technological breakthrough in its indexable tool holders, which are manufactured using metal 3D printing technology. Through the design of irregular internal cavity flow channels, cooling efficiency is improved, weight is reduced by more than 30%, production cycle is shortened and costs are lowered, with a single full chamber capable of forming 115 pieces.

August 25th news: Longcheng Lab signed an agreement with PRATIC to jointly establish a High-End CNC Machine Tool Joint R&D Center. Longcheng Lab mainly focuses on optimizing and enhancing the 'four properties' of machinetools (process adaptability, reliability, precision retention, and precision stability). It has built the world's first integrated machine tool precision retention rapid testing platform and has conducted tests for machinetools of multiple enterprises. The joint R&D center established with PRATIC will focus on improving the 'four properties' of  PRATIC's products, key breakthroughs in 1-2 common technical difficulties, and strive to achieve early results.

August 27th news: Zhejiang Jinhuo Technology(GFIR) announced investment in the construction of a project producing 3,000 sets of high-end machine tools and automated production lines annually, focusing on core technologies such as five-axis machining centers.

August 29th news: KEDE CNC disclosed in its semi-annual performance briefing that its five-axis CNC machine tools have been used in batch production for structural part processing of the C919 large aircraft. It has also launched a six-axis blade disk processing center (small-batch production) and a flip milling center (validation stage). Meanwhile, the company has completed the core construction of a AI platform based on Loongson Technology servers, driving improvements in processing efficiency.

August 29th news: Zeiss released a heavy-duty gantry-type CMM solution, targeting the difficulty of detecting 30-ton-level workpieces in the fields of aviation and heavy machinery. It introduced a "high-precision support + intelligent loading and unloading + safety protection" integrated solution, with flatness controlled within 0.2mm, supporting high-precision positioning for 30-ton loads, and integrating multiple safety protections such as dual emergency stop buttons and laser scanners.
