September 11, KEDE CNC announced the small-batch production of its six-axis impeller machining center, used for parts of aviation engines. After copper infiltration, it was made into optical module heat dissipation materials with true density reaching 99% and strength exceeding 250MPa, solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power chips and replacing traditional copper materials. It meets the needs of NVIDIA AI servers.
