
Recently, the 'Global First Full-Active Air Bearing Industrialization Achievements Release Conference' was successfully held in Beijing. The industrialization achievements released this time were developed through 25 years of research and development by the Beijing Pu Jian Air Bearing Technology Application Research Institute and the Beijing Pu Jian Composite Material Application Technology Research Institute. By collaborating with strategic partners across the industrial chain, the project team has overcome all technical challenges throughout the industrial chain, from innovative configuration design, core material R&D to ultra-precision manufacturing processes, filling the domestic gap in the industrialization of related fields. As a core component of high-end and precision equipment manufacturing, full-active air bearings have characteristics such as zero contact, no wear, and high precision, and are hailed as the 'Crown Jewel' of the bearing industry. Luo Lifeng, President of Pu Jian Research Institute, stated that this achievement is an important milestone in China's independent innovation in high-end and precision manufacturing industries. In the future, the research institute will continue to deepen technological R&D, expand application scenarios, promote industrial chain collaborative innovation, and contribute to China's transition from a 'major manufacturing country' to a 'strong manufacturing country'.

Recently, SINOMACH-HE's EHEC and the Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology have jointly signed a supply contract for a 6300-ton aluminum forging hot die forging press for Chongqing Dajiang. They will co-build a demonstration production line for high-end aluminum alloy forging. This equipment integrates core innovative achievements such as a fast-rhythm, high-energy main transmission system and an intelligent constant-temperature insulated die system. Its technology has reached a leading level domestically. After completion, it will provide key equipment support for strategic emerging industries such as aerospace and new energy vehicles, and consolidate the foundation for independent control of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain.
December 22, according to data from CMTBA for December 2025, domestic machining center production in 2025 increased by 14.8% year-on-year. Among them, the market share of domestically produced medium-to-high-end products (with positioning accuracy ≤±0.01mm and repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.005mm) has exceeded 62%, a 15 percentage point increase compared to 2023. Recently, TZTEK has launched its independently controlled Vispec Cube three-coordinate measurement software, providing a high-cost-performance domestic alternative solution for CMMs. This software builds an intelligent closed-loop of 'measurement-analysis-decision', significantly improving data flow and decision-making efficiency. The CMZ metrology-type CMM equipped with this software has passed the certification of the National Institute of Metrology (China) in accordance with the JJF 1064-2023 standard, with a measurement accuracy of 0.5+L/500 μm.
