Features
1. The RF-M2004 CNC stator grinder is used
with an imported CNC control system.
2. Tri axis servo control, chuck is used with plane flange structure with good
stiffness.
3. The CNC stator grinder is easy to use for all kinds of manual and auto chuck
installation. Hydraulic chucking is optional, two pins positioning chuck with
accurate motion accuracy.
4. The C axis is used with an imported speed down transmission to control
radial feeding grinding, auto radial compensation, work rotating and non circle
power and oil mist lubrication system.
5. Dresser of the CNC stator grinder is used with single point dressing or
diamond roller dressing.
6. The machine's main driving and feeding parameter are optimized to enhance
grinding efficiency and accuracy.
Application
The RF-M2004 CNC stator grinder is used for
grinding high precision and non circular inner surfaces like vane pump's
stator'.
