Features
1. The RF-M2009 CNC cage ID grinder is used
with the CNC control system, two axis servo control and interpolating dressing
grinding wheel. The wheel R is changed with parameter.
2. The dresser is used with a magnetic centerless chuck, diamond roller
dressing, and imported hydraulic motor for free maintenance.
3. An electric spindle of the CNC cage ID grinder is used with a high power
spindle and oil mist lubrication. The imported electric spindle (GMN) is
optional.
4. The machine's main driving and feeding system parameters are optimized to
enhance grinding efficiency and grinding accuracy.
Application
The CNC cage ID grinder is used for
grinding cage inner spherical surfaces and similar work pieces' internal ring
surfaces. It is especially suitable for mass production.
