A) Main machine
Meehanite metal structure for machine bed, column and sliding table. Integral frame column structure featuring optimum thermo symmetry and stability
Two parallel cylinders is designed in the column to balance the headstock and ensure its reliable stroke. This structure reduce the load on W-guideway and prolong its working life as well.
Full closed loop detection with HEIDENHAIN encoder for X, Y axis to ensure the positioning accuracy
B)Accessories
Various grinding wheels and wheel holders are provided to meet customer’s machining requirements.
Electric or pneumatic grinding heads with different rpm are offered for customer’s selection.
Ф100mm wheel could be mounted on the1KW grinding head. The machine is also capable of slight milling when carbide milling cutter (Max diameter Ф10) is used on the grinding head. Max milling depth is 0.3mm.
With rotary table, revolution workpiece with non linear generatrix could be ground.
450 Angular plate is designed for semi-sphere surface grinding.
Slot grinding attachment is designed for square hole grinding.
C)Electrical system X, Y, Z, U, C, W axes are controlled by SIEMENS 840D CNC.And X, Y, C, A axes could be simultaneously controlled.
