Machine features
1) The machine is designed for fine pitch spur gear. With precision hob, working accuracy of YG3603 for spur gear reach up to Class 5 (GB2363-90) and YM3603 reach up to Class 6 (GB2363-90)
2) The machine features convenient operation and adjusting. Radial cutting, longitudinal cutting and combined cutting could be realized on the machine.
3) Workpiece spindle and tailstock spindle could be synchronously rotated. Clamp pressure of tailstock spindle is adjustable between 0.2 to 90kg. Center of tailstock spindle is designed adjustable to compensate distortion of lathy workpiece.
