Main application and working accuracy
YKJ3610Ⅳ is a 5-Axis CNC gearing hobbing machine with Rexroth-MTX micro Control system. It is wildly used in automobile, motorcycle, instrument, toy, electric tool and fishing tool industry for spur gear, bevel gearing and worm machining.
With suitable hob and cutting parameter. The working accuracy reach up to: Grade-6 accuracy (GB／T10095－2001（Mn≤1.5mm, similar to DIN 7 accuracy）. Tooth surface finish reach up to 1.6μm. In mass production. Grade-7 accuracy (GB／T10095－2001, similar to DIN 8 accuracy） could been ensured, Tooth surface finish: 3.2μm.
