DM7140, DM7150ZK, DM7163ZK Precision electric discharge machines are suitable for machining various cavities of the die and moulds. They are also the reasonable machines to machine the hardened material and complicated workpieces. DM7150ZK and DM7163ZK possess single-axis CNC function (Z axis). Longitudinal and cross positioning are controlled by CNC. Their power systems features sensitive response, stable dependability and strong anti-interference. These machines possess functions such as electrode positioning, timing jump, spindle positioning, discharge detection, reverse servo, monitor of liquid surface and temperature carbon-deposit prevention, lost voltage protection of spindle and auto interruption, etc.
