XKS5020, XKS5030 CNC high-speed vertical milling machines are driven by electric spindles and newly designed and developed by our company (Max. spindle speed: 18000rpm, 12000rpm). The machines ( with sticky plastic guideway) feature high rigidity, wide range of spindle speed changing and large spindle power, and bear heavy cuttings and can perform high-speed cuttings. The locking band which is controlled by the step motor drives the precision ballscrew to realize the feed drive. The machines are suitable for cutting medium or small workpieces with complicated surfaces and cavities such as sample pieces, vanes, cams, dies and moulds, etc.
