CHARACTERISTICS

●The spindle realizes the infinitely variable speed by the way of AC servo motor in combination with mechanical gearbox. 
●Large parts such as column, slider, base, spindle box and table are cast-iron parts with box structure and enough gibes, whole machine with enough strength, rigidity and stable accuracy. 
●A set of each guidway is rectangular fuideway, surface of two fuideway are: one is hardened, another is sticky plastic. The guideways driven by ballscrew, with well anti-friction, low speed feed without crawl and high precision.
●The cross guideway is designed as four guideways structure and supported with large span, high stability and large bearing capacity.
●Equipped with rotary-type tool changer for automatic exchanging tools. 
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity. 
●Each guideway with protection hood.
