This machine is a planner-type milling machine with fixed cross-rail and column. It is widely used in various industries.
CHARACTERISTICS
●Double rams, fixed cross-rail and column structure.
●Reasonable and advanced structure, Large travel of three directions,
Longitudinal guideway with linear rolling one, cross and vertical guideways
with sticky plastic, high rigidity and large bearing capacity.
●The spindle realizes the automatic infinitely variable speed by the
way of AC servo motor in combination with mechanical gearbox. With tool
self-lock.
●Three directions are controlled by infinitely variable system
(electivity). Inching is controlled by its inching button (Position of
direction Z is read out by digital display and direction X and Y can be
equipped with digital display).
●Double rams are equipped with hydraulic balance.
●Automatic central lubrication with fixed time and quantity.
●Optionally equipped with universal milling head, horizontal milling
head, right-angle milling head and so on.
