Configuration Features
1. The whole machine bed of the CNC
vertical machining center is cast by HT250-300 high strength resin bonded sand
with aging treatment, fixed column support, cross slide carriage, the L type
movable work table, firm foundation and stable frame.
2. The X, Y and Z axis are linear rolling guide, noise free, micro friction,
sensitive dynamic response, stable accuracy, meeting the requirements of
accuracy and production in enormous quantities.
3. The X, Y and Z axis of the CNC vertical machining center are pre-drawing, by
which the rigidity is strengthened, the thermal deformation is offset, and the
accuracy level is improved.
4. The servo feed is a digital alternating current servo motor, high accuracy
rolling screw transmission, pre-drawing frame by which the rigidity is
strengthened and the thermal deformation is offset.
5. Barrel type spindle unit, integral installation, convenient and swift for
maintenance.
6. The CNC vertical machining center uses encircling groove outside the main
spindle quill for thermostatically cooling off, to ensure the stable accuracy.

7. The position coder is disposed on the spindle, so the spindle can achieve
accurate position and rigidity tapping.
8. Stable and reliable ATC system, disposed with cam type and manipulator, the
action is controlled by the cam, the tool changing time is fast to 1.8sec.
9. The CNC vertical machining center uses the imported rolling screw and NSK,
SKF and FAG spindle bearing and screw bearing. I t uses superior components to
ensure the reliability of the machine. The machine is disposed with chip
removal and coolant system, and the protection system is designed with the
Pro/E software.
