The CNC gantry machining center with fixed
beam and fixed column is RIFA owned and designed multi functional CNC machine
tools. The main components are optimally designed jointly with foreign special
organizations. It features compact structure, abundant functions, stable
quality, high efficiency and inflexibility.

fixed beam and fixed column is equipped with serialized functional components
and a full range of options are offered to satisfy your unique requirement.
2. The CNC gantry machining center with fixed beam and fixed column has a total
of five coordinate axes, including X1 axis, X2 axis, Y axis, Z axis and W2
axis. The X axis, Y axis and Z axis can move simultaneously. The W1 and W2 axes
are synchronous axes, enabling automatic tool changing and automatic milling
head changing. They are ideally used for the multi operation cutting, such as
milling, drilling, reaming, boring and tapping of the big tank type work piece
and are used in the industries of petrochemicals, refrigeration, metallurgy,
shipping building, military and aerospace for the five face machining.
Structural Features
The X axis is equipped with a non backlash gear box, matching to the big modulus rack made in Germany, ensuring high transmit accuracy, super load capacity and endurance. The CNC gantry machining center with fixed beam and fixed column has a five facial automatic head changing mechanism, enabling high efficiency head changing and high accuracy machining. The moving beam is positioned with double scale. However, it is hydraulically multi point clamped with the columns, providing the optimum gantry stiffness. A range of options, including the right angle head, universal head, extension head, angular milling head, are offered to satisfy the unique requirements of the customers.
