The X axis, Y axis and Z axis can move simultaneously. The W1 and W2 axes are synchronous axes, enabling automatic tool changing and automatic milling head changing. They are ideally used for the multi operation cutting, such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring and tapping of the big tank type work piece and are used in the industries of petrochemicals, refrigeration, metallurgy, shipping building, military and aerospace for the five face machining.

Structural Features

The X axis is equipped with a non backlash gear box, matching to the big modulus rack made in Germany, ensuring high transmit accuracy, super load capacity and endurance. The CNC gantry machining center with fixed beam and fixed column has a five facial automatic head changing mechanism, enabling high efficiency head changing and high accuracy machining. The moving beam is positioned with double scale. However, it is hydraulically multi point clamped with the columns, providing the optimum gantry stiffness.
