The floor type boring machine is developed

high accuracy and rigidity, etc.
Features
1. The functional units of the floor type
boring machine are of serration and modularization, and various optional
functions are offered to satisfy the customers' unique requirement.
2. The floor type boring machine is designed with X Y, Z and W axes. It could
be expanded with B and U axis and it is controlled with SIEMENS full digital
840D control system which makes any four axis linkage possible and enables
automatic tool changing and automatic milling head changing.
3. The machine is ideally used for the multi operation cutting, such as
milling, boring, drilling, and tapping of the big tank type multi surface work
pieces.
4. The floor type boring machine is used in the industries of petrochemicals,
refrigeration, metallurgical, steam turbines, military, etc. It is especially
used for the machining of the work pieces with complicated surfaces or with
complex operations.
Structural Features of the Floor Type
Boring Machine
1. The gap eliminated gear box engaged with
Germany racks is used for X axis, ensuring higher transmission accuracy,
stronger load capacity and accuracy stability.
2. The Y axis is equipped with double motor and double screw.
3. Various accessory heads are optional for customers, providing high
efficiency head changing and leading to the expansion of the machining capacity
of the floor type boring machine.
4. The X, Y and W axes are provided with sentinel hydraulic clamping functions,
ensuring high rigidity and high machining accuracy.
5. Constant flow hydrostatic guide ways are used for the X, Y and W axes,
providing increased rigidity, load capacity and lower attrition.
6. A rotary table with V axis and B axis is optional, providing six axis
control and any four axis linkage for complex curved surface machining.
7. Varieties of the compensation balance systems maintain the accuracy of the
square ram due to the spindle head force system changing.
