With high-grade cast iron bed , 60 degree slant bed type structure provides more convenient chip disposal, easy handling of workpieces and stable operation.
High rigidity structure and cartridge type main spindle ensure rotation without vibration. Large power AC spindle motor, ZF two-step reducer and gear box speed reducing provide spindle large torque output and stable rotation.
8-station hydraulic turret.
Slide guide way and saddle guide way are coated with special plastics. Bed way are medium frequency hardened and precision grounded. Hydraulic balancing system is applied in X axis.
Full enclosed guard and Centralized machin eoperator’s panel.
