The machine adopts wheel periphery and
wheel end surfaces to carry out the grinding.
Features
■Teflon-laminated table and saddle
guideways to ensure good wear-resistance and high feed-sensitivity.
■ Vane pump driven for table
longitudinal movement, cooling device provided for oil tank.
■ Grinding spindle adopts four-front and
two-back bearings supporting type. Bearings adopt high-precision pair angular
contact rolling ball bearings. The spindle is driven by the motor through
coupling.
■Wheelhead cross feed: ball leadscrews +
variable frequency motor. Wheelhead vertical feed: worm and gear reducing
mechanism + ball leadscrews + A.C.servo motor. Rapid elevation mechanism is
provided feed can also be carried out manually.
