Features
■Double-column and gantry layout
principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and
crossrail.
■Periphery wheelhead vertical feed,
cross feed movement and grinding wheel dressing feed movement are all driven by
AC servo motor. The machine adopts FANUC 0iMD CNC system.
■Integral casting for machine bed and
table, guideways of bed and table adopt pressure-free automatic lubrication,
flow rate can be regulated.
■ Table longitudinal drive
overcomes the deflection under gravity of the long piston rod. Two buffer
structures of tank and belleville spring to prevent the grinding influenced by
the table reversing impact.
■ Wheelhead vertical feed saddle
adopts ball leadscrews driven by AC servo motor after speed reduction, thus to
realize the vertical movement.
