Features
■Double-column and gantry layout
principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and
crossrail.
■Periphery wheelhead vertical feed,
cross feed movement and grinding wheel dressing feed movement are all driven by
AC servo motor. The machine adopts FANUC 0iMD CNC system.
■Integral casting for machine bed and table, guideways of
bed and table adopt pressure-free automatic lubrication, flow rate can be
regulated.
■Bellow-type protecting cover for bed
guideways
■ Table longitudinal drive overcomes
the deflection under gravity of the long piston rod. Two buffer structures of
tank and belleville spring to prevent the grinding influenced by table
reversing impact.
■ Vertical feed saddle adopts ball
leadscrews, which are driven by AC servo motor after reduction.
