■Double-column and gantry layout
principle, enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns and
crossrail.
■Peripheral wheelhead vertical feed,
cross feed movement, grinding wheel dressing movement, universal wheelhead
vertical feed, cross feed movement, rotary indexing movement are all driven by
AC servo motor, namely six axes the machine adopts
FANUC 31i CNC system.
■Integral casting for machine bed and
table, guideways of bed and table adopt pressure-free automatic lubrication,
flow rate can be regulated.
■Table longitudinal drive adopts double
piston rods for fixing and oil cylinder for driving.
■Oil temperature control box is
equipped.
■Periphery wheelhead and universal
wheelhead are driven by AC servo motor with stepless feed regulation.
