Features
■Double-column and gantry layout
principle，enclosed frame structure consists of bed, double columns
and fixed beam. The crossrail is installed on the column to carry out the up
and down movements.
■Peripheral wheelhead vertical feed,
cross feed movement, universal wheelhead vertical feed, cross feed movement,
rotary indexing movement(the swiveling angle is ±90°, the min. indexing angle
is 2.5° ), crossrail vertical movement are all driven by AC servo motor. The machine adopts SIEMENS840D CNC system.

longitudinal movement
■ Crossrail adopts integral casting
to achieve enough rigidity.
■ High-lift coolant pump used for
cooling and flushing the workpieces
