The machine adopts advanced creepfeed
profile grinding technology, the grinding is realized by reducing the table
longitudinal feed speed and increasing the grinding wheel motor power as well
as using profile grinding wheel. The workpieces can be formed directly from
blank.
Features
■The machine adopts layout principle of
horizontal spindle and rectangular table. Two wheelheads carry out vertical
elevation movement separately in the middle of the column and simultaneous
grinding of the upper and lower faces of the workpieces.
■The machine adopts SIMENS 840D CNC
system to realize separate or coordinated control of the table longitudinal
movement, vertical movement of the upper and lower wheelheads and the two
grinding wheel motors.
■Table longitudinal drive and wheelhead
vertical feed adopt AC Servo motor and ball leadscrew pair.
■Wheel spindle adopts imported high
precision pre-loaded pair angular contact ball bearings.
■Grinding wheel adopts diamond roller
dresser to ensure the symmetry of
the upper and lower profile face of the workpieces.
